Bhara Manager ("we", "our", "us") provides a property and rent management application. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices — including account deletion.

Information we collect

  • Account information: name, phone number, optional email, profile photo, device identifier
  • Business data you enter: buildings, flats, tenants, rents, invoices, payments, expenses, documents, garage records, SMS logs, and team membership details
  • Technical data: app version, sync logs, push notification tokens, and support messages
  • Payment-related data: subscription requests and transaction references you submit (we do not store full payment card numbers)

How we use information

  • Provide and operate the app (online/offline sync, billing, reports)
  • Authenticate users and secure accounts
  • Process subscriptions and customer support
  • Send service notifications (e.g., push messages you enable)
  • Improve reliability and prevent abuse

Data sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data only:

  • With service providers that help us host, secure, or deliver the service
  • When required by law or to protect rights and safety
  • With team members you invite to your organization workspace

Data retention

We retain information while your account is active and as needed to provide the service, comply with law, or resolve disputes. When you delete your account, personal account data and workspace data you own are permanently removed as described on our Delete Account page.

Account deletion

You may permanently delete your account at any time after phone verification:

Deletion removes your login, revokes access tokens, and deletes organizations you created along with associated business data.

Security

We use industry-standard measures including encrypted transport (HTTPS), hashed credentials, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Children's privacy

Bhara Manager is intended for business/property management use and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
