These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Bhara Manager ("Service"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and able to enter a binding agreement. You are responsible for compliance with local laws.
2 Account registration
- Register with a valid phone number and secure PIN
- Keep credentials confidential and information accurate
- Notify us promptly of unauthorized access via Support
3 Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes; upload malicious code; access others' accounts; or misuse tenant data. You remain responsible for data you store and applicable privacy laws.
4 Subscriptions and payments
Some features require a paid subscription. Fees and limits are shown in the app. Payments may be verified manually or through approved channels. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
5 Your content
You retain ownership of business data you enter. You grant us a limited license to host, process, sync, and back up that data solely to operate the Service.
6 Service availability
We strive for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Features may change; maintenance may occur without notice.
7 Termination
Ending your account
You may stop using the Service at any time and may delete your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose security or legal risk.
8 Disclaimer
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
9 Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
10 Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless mandatory local consumer protections apply.
