These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Bhara Manager mobile application and related services ("Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to enter a binding agreement. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with local laws.

2. Account registration

You register with a valid phone number and secure PIN
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential
You must provide accurate account information
Notify us immediately of unauthorized access via Support

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
Upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt the Service
Access another user's account without permission
Misuse tenant or third-party personal data entered into the app

You remain responsible for tenant/tenant data you store and must comply with applicable privacy laws.

4. Subscriptions and payments

Some features require a paid subscription. Fees, limits, and trial terms are shown in the app. Payments may be verified manually or through approved channels. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of business data you enter. You grant us a limited license to host, process, sync, and back up that data solely to operate the Service.

6. Service availability

We strive for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may change, and maintenance or updates may occur without notice.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and may delete your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose security/legal risk.

8. Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless mandatory local consumer protections apply.
